The transformation of the ex “Maestoso” cinema
“Maestoso” is the first superstore in Italy made by Iper, with an innovative concept: the market of the ground floor and the court of the first floor. An imposing structure, consisting of 20,000 square meters of prefabricated slabs, built with the use of wood, concrete and steel: the right material at the right place.
