The “PALALAGO” rises on the shores of Lake Iseo
Palalago is located on the shores of Iseo Lake: it is a single building, which develops to a height of 11 meters and occupies an area of 1,400 square meters.
Wood Beton built the roof of the building, consisting of six timber truss girders, 38 meters long each.
All the beams were prefabricated in the factory and assembled on site using the technology of resin bars.
Despite the complexity of the roof, with all the problems related to strength, deformation control, compliance with regulations and the transport and assembly phases, Wood Beton worked perfectly, building a roof with excellent thermal and acoustic insulation qualities, as well as good resistance to fire and earthquakes.
