The library and the new civic center of Arese are “class A” buildings, built “turnkey” by Wood Beton.
This is an important project of about 2,350 square meters, commissioned by the Tea Spa Company: Wood Beton did a total job, starting with the disassembly of the tennis and football fields, then built prefabricated concrete, wood and steel elements and finally built all installations and all the finishes.
This project represents excellent engineering quality and excellent integrated construction capacity: in fact it was awarded at the IPMA World Congress in Astana (Kazakhstan), winning the 2017 Silver Prize in the international competition “Project Excellence Award (PEA)”.
