We have created innovative building systems that have changed the rules of construction. Industrialized systems capable of perfectly integrating different materials and guaranteeing performance never seen before, respecting man and the environment. We have never been satisfied, never. In fact, we always look beyond, from day one: for this reason, many of the objectives of the ONU 2030 Agenda for a more sustainable world have always been on our agenda. Clean energy, dignity and fairness at work, innovation and more sustainable cities, protection of human rights and nature.
For WoodBeton they are concrete goals, daily commitments to pursue by improving ourselves, and to improve the world, continuously.
Find out why our company is a true example of innovation in the off-site construction sector: a unique company on the national and international scene.

With the use of industrialized construction systems, workers work safely, both in the factory and in the construction site.
In the factory, the work is at controlled temperatures and protected from atmospheric agents, moreover in the construction site, the time of working at height of the workers is reduced. They also work on supporting platforms that allow safe movement.
We often organize training and continuing educations for our employees and collaborators, adding, each time, specific and professional skills to the sector operators.
We respect the environment, with the creation of innovative products, with adequate raw materials, based on an assessment of the entire life cycle of the structure and with the aim of reducing the Carbon Footprint as much as possible. All correlated with a careful observation of manufacturing methods: prefabrication allows us a more efficient management of materials and a greater reduction in scraps and waste.
We apply the concept of circular economy also to the construction sector: with industrialized construction, waste becomes resources, waste is minimized and structures reused in other areas. The goal is to ensure a condition of well-being that is as sustainable as possible in the long term, with a design model that also takes into account the dismantling of the buildings, for the reuse of the structure, or part of it, at the end of its life.
With the use of BIM (Building Information Modeling), it is possible to digitally represent the work throughout its entire life cycle, from design, to construction, to maintenance, to disposal: an optimization of project management and a support for sustainable design.
The construction sector is very attentive to the issue of sustainability.
In particular, according to our point of view, sustainable construction must achieve an optimal balance between the satisfaction, at different moments in time, of environmental, social and economic requirements.
This is possible with a new type of building and a new approach to the world of construction: industrialized construction, where prefabrication, modularity and off-site processes are the masters.
In construction, it is essential to use the right material in the right place, “hybridizing” the different building materials: so, we “hybridize” the different building materials, since each one has specific peculiarities to enhance.
Sustainable consumption does not only refer to the intrinsic characteristics of the individual material, but also to how it is used within the building and the impact that such use has on the environment.
The concept of the end of life of a building is conceived as an useful-end-of-life.
This means that we design the structures to reuse them in the future: industrialized construction allows the almost total dismantling of the building, and its use in another area and in another context. This is a great advantage from a sustainability and an economic point of view.
We have implemented a policy aimed at improving quality standards and attentive to the environment, with the consequent reduction of impacts on the territory. We provide a wide selection of products, developed starting from recycled raw materials, with low environmental impact or from forests managed according to sustainability criteria and indicators set by PEFC™, Program for Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes.
Over the years we built a solid network, which collaborates with strong synergy.
We built a competent working group, each for their own areas of expertise: concrete prefabrication (Camuna, Guerrini, Sar), steel prefabrication (Alfa Automation) and wood prefabrication with Wood Beton and WBFactory.
A qualified team that builds to believe.
