Based upon the architectural project of his trusted professional (Architect, Engineer or Surveyor), our team is able to develop a tailored offer for the customer, to satisfy every of his specific request.
The estimate can be related to the structure at its own, as well as to several different levels of finishes, from the raw structure to the complete ready-to-live solution.
A precise preliminary design of the building structure is also developed at this stage, in order to get an accurate estimation of all the costs and the timing involved in the construction. Our effort is always to be clear and respectful with the costumer about the expenses and the deadlines.

The house begins to take shape.
Our specialists pursue the development of a detailed design where the size and the position of each structural element is set, checking at the same time that all the safety and stability requirments are respected as given by the local building regulations.
During this stage the stratigraphies of the elements such as the walls and the roof are also defined to reach the best thermal and acoustic levels of comfort.
In case of a ready-to-live solution the installations and the finishes are chosen.

The original architectural proposal turns into an engineered project thanks to our Technical Office. By means of advanced software such as Autocad 3D and HSB, which allow to accurately manage the geometrical dimensions and the processings of the prefabricated elements (walls, walking slabs and roof), the construction drawings are developed.
At the same time the seismic structural model, the calculation reports as well as the maintenance strategy document and all the materials certifications are delivered to the costumer.

The walls, the slabs and the roof elements are assembled also using a numerical control machine here in our factory, where our workers are able to operate in fully satisfying conditions, with an extremely high level of safety and quiet.
The result is a prefabricated product whose quality level is far better if compared with any other on site solutions.

Later than the prefabrication, the elements installation on site can start from the ground floor up to the roof. Also for this stage the safety is of course mandatory: the amount of operators on site is reduced to a few people, only two of them are appointed to lay the prefabricated panels.
This results in high levels of security and, since the actions on site are minimal,in a reduction of the site costs and timing.
The construction site is, with us, no more than an assembly area, from which great advantages for the customer and the workers as well arise.

In case of ready-to-live buildings, we also set up the installations and the finishes, which are customized based upon the desires of the client, in order to make his house an unique product.
