{"id":5366,"date":"2020-07-15T18:17:02","date_gmt":"2020-07-15T16:17:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.woodbeton.it\/realizzazioni\/ingegnerizzazione-italiana-al-servizio-dellalta-cucina-internazionale\/"},"modified":"2020-09-03T18:13:08","modified_gmt":"2020-09-03T16:13:08","slug":"lasarte-restaurant","status":"publish","type":"realizzazioni","link":"https:\/\/woodbeton.it\/en\/works\/lasarte-restaurant\/","title":{"rendered":"Italian engineering at the service of international cooking"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\">Starting from the architectural design of studio \u201cmecanismo\u201d, we built the wooden roof of the restaurant of the star chef Mart\u00edn Berasategui in Lasarte-Oria (Spain).<br \/>\nWe have designed and supplied wood elements with curvature in the horizontal plane, prefabricated in the factory: this has been made possible with the use of innovative production systems, of great reliability and safety. On-site assembly was done in a short time: less than 10 days to complete the wooden structure.<br \/>\nAnd all in safety because, thanks to the prefabrication, most of the executive operations were carried out at the factory.
